PECL/memcache is looking for a maintainer

Hello all.

This is an official announcement that PECL/memcache is currently looking for a maintainer.

Mikael cannot continue his work due to a career change and I didn't follow the extension
development for quite a number of years already, so we're looking for a person willing 
to take over the extension and continue its development and maintenance.

Volunteers are very welcome.
