dbx package -> unmaintained

Hi,

I'm the lead developer for dbx, but I don't use it anymore and can't
afford to spend time on it, besides answering some questions. Could
someone perhaps update the status to unmaintained?

I would also really appreciate it if someone could package a new release
(1.1.1) that includes one bugfix to make it compile with php-5.3, the
fix is in cvs already and has been compiled and used by people, see
http://pecl.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=16724.
