Hi,

I am getting a little confused here.

I have 2 things:

1) The PHP extension which I would like to get onto php.net and am quite
happy to publish with the PHP license.

2) The PBMS client library which which my PHP extension uses and is hosted
on it's own site and and published under the GNU LGPL v3 license.

Are you saying that you can not accept the PHP extension because it is using
the PBMS client lib which is LGPL V3 but everything is OK if it is LGPL v2?
