Re: [SMARTY] smarty plug in error, unknown tag - 'html_options'

It seems that you aren't properly setting the plugins_dir for your other sites.
Smarty relies on that setting to find plugins. Try comparing the way your
working site implements that configuration compared to your non-working sites.
