i'm not sure about it. for example i use linux
for server & win98 for development... (HO-HO-HO)
then my scripts will be incompatible ???
or with ' not . locales' i can't use ' . locales '
scripts !? what about PEAR ???
it can be useful to set locales in php.ini.
(because want to have ',' for office application,
but i want '.' for php !!!)
