How to use COM objects with PHP4???

One of the new features of PHP4 is the ability to use COM objects. At least I
will be able of using an activeX module of our bank (POS).

The problem is that I can't find documentation about how to access the COM
objects installed in the system.

I remember a script when PHP4 was a alfa in the Zend page that uses COM to
manage MS Word.

Anyone know were I can find documentation or an example???
