I think we can stop cc'ing internals on these.

And yes, the documentation is going to be crucial, so let's keep the 
wiki up to date and think about writing docs that describe the workflow 
for each of the common tasks.

I'm in Spain next week for a conference, but I have a couple of days 
off, so I should have plenty of time to help install and configure 
things on the y1.php.net server.  Apache-2.2.9 and Subversion 1.5.0 are 
already installed, but I haven't switched the config over to 2.2 yet. 
I'll try to get that done tonight.
