can commit email contain the files that were actually modified in the subject line?

Hi, Not sure if this is possible, but it would great if the commit emails can contain a space-separated list of file names that were actually modified in the commit as well as the directory name? It makes it far easier to search for changes to specific files in the archive, and I've used this a lot in the past when something has broken, it provides an offline way to search commit history. Thanks, Greg
