While browsing over the list:

win32 guys: I think we can remove bindlib_w32, no?

docstuff seems to be quite old, too.

pear-core, I think that was used to bundle pear with PHP 4, so i
think,it can be abandoned, too.

Not sure about pres and presentations, pres2 seems to be the current
module.
