i don#t think the length really matters, while we certainly do some
reordering - it was already agreed to move php-src/, TSRM and
ZendEndgine2 together in one "php" directory.

And i assume we can move the docs together.

in general: See the previous structure discussion, which should be
summarized anyways, anybody has time to "draw" the discussed tree
layout?

But the structure now is good to see if the conversion itself went well
or if stuff got lost/borked.
