Re: [PROPOSAL] Move to a private life off of php.net

It's February 15th, and I haven't seen any arguments against this, other
than my own problems and disagreement with this direction, but I was
waiting to see if any others wanted to voice concerns and discuss what
we're voting on. Since that's not happened, I won't restrain the group any
longer from making this decision.

Cal, you may proceed in calling for a vote. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'll point out that the PHP.net mailing lists may be set to a private mode,
if that is more preferable than moving away from the PHP project.
Unfortunately, this doesn't fix some of the sending problems that Cal,
Michele, and others have experienced, so other options may be necessary if
we're using this vote to try to fix those issues.
