I'm a bit of a fraud being here on this list. I don't run a group, but there are none in my immediate vicinity and I joined so that I would know if one started. I have retired, but have so much to do helping with other things that I have no time to start one. Also as someone who has been in computing for just a few under 50 years so that php must be about my two-dozenth language, I program mainly procedurally and a group leader should have some sort of real expertise.

The point of this is that between any Mangers' list and individual Group list, there is also a need for an Announce list.
