Re: [UG-ADMINS] [Results] - Vote - Move to a new list

It really sounds like there is a strong division between those who want to
keep it public and those who want to make it private.

Could we not find a means of doing both, preferably in a single venue?

Public posts for regular conversations and announcements; private posts for
sensitive issues?

I see great value in both of these aspects personally.

I know staying with the PHP.net mailing list precludes that as a
possibility.

If the group shares my opinion that both features are valuable, I volunteer
myself to research a better delivery method that would give us access to
both public and private conversations/posts.

Then, with one or more possible venues, we can hold a new vote?
