Re: [UG-ADMINS] [Results] - Vote - Move to a new list

Staying on php.net does not preclude converting this to a "private" list. The php.net mailing list software can support private lists right now.

My concern is in what "private" means to everyone and what level of control the group wants to accept/reject members and/or posts. What does moderation and membership look like for a private global user group leadership mailing list/forum?
