Re: [UG-ADMINS] [Results] - Vote - Move to a new list

I would not be a proponent of a "private" group of any sort. I think the 
very rare situation where someone has a private matter, it is by it's 
very nature private and not meant for group/public consumption. If you 
want something to stay private, don't say/post it in a group. IMO

What I am a proponent of is to look at the functionality of the php.net 
group to fix the issues faced by many when attempting to send messages, 
and other such things. If that means fixing php.net or moving elsewhere 
is a question. But remaining open.

I'm clearly seeing where this vote should have been on only one aspect 
of the decision.

Vote #1: Private/public
Vote #2: Stay and fix/Move elsewhere

It seems the majority voted "no", but that vote may have meant different 
things to different people.
