We will gladly participate to the exchange, but we will reprint all our stickers next year (for both conferences and PUGs) :( Maybe we should send some old stickers to the forthcoming PHPNW PS during the latest phpDay we adopted the hexipic (https://hexi.pics/help_en, http://hexb.in/sticker.html ) pseudo-standard for all our productions and the results were great.
