Hello from the Bloomington PUG

Just wanting to say hi from the Bloomington, Indiana group. I'll be
using Google Groups for now. Planning to begin discussion by talking
about TekX a bit and making an announcement on my site sometime soon.
Already have 8 members in the group so far. Mostly developers in the
area I already knew and hoping to see some new names and faces as time
goes on. One of the members is a Senior Lecturer at Indiana University
and has promised to plug the user group to the Informatics students.

Since so far, everyone of the local people that are in the group
always meet up at a local bar every Thursday, I think I may just make
that the informal meeting time and figure out a more 'formal' time as
it grows. Since I didn't get to go to the community panel, are there
any details I'm missing? Any suggestions on starting up and growing a
user group would be helpful since right now the only activities I can
think of to bring people in and active is to use the discussion group
and meet at the bar. Some time down the road, if there's enough
demand, I may consider sessions/workshops.

Thanks in advance for any advise. ^^
