Hi

I am new to the user group scene.

I have set up the Leeds PHP User Group in the UK.

We have had an unexpected interest in people coming down, since most larger
companies/agencies in the area focus on .net developers.
We have a venue, in a nice pub, who are always welcome for local user groups
to go attend and use their facilities.

My main questions, are mainly do with going forward.
I thought the first night should be a meet and great, get people down, get
people talking and get people interested in coming to future meets!
I'd like to know: what would be a good thing to do for the second meeting?
Small talks, presentations, or should I not rush things?

Also, have user groups applied for funding/sponsorship? I'd like to know how
and If we need it?
