DCPHP is structured almost the same.. but at the end, we normally take a quick 
show of hands of who is hiring and who is looking. The people hiring get a 
line or three about the job and to share their contact info. The people 
looking share their main couple skills/interests.

Recruiters were not given time but invited to buy drinks or food at the 
Beverage Subgroup instead.
