  Hi Chris,

Baltimore PHP runs on the following:

6:30 - 7:00 - Networking, Pizza Eating, Waiting for everyone to get 
there (DC and Baltimore traffic can be horrible)
7:00 - 7:05 - Announcements - I'll run through how people can get more 
involved with the group (Facebook, Twitter, Google Groups), and upcoming 
PHP related events -     Codeworks, ZendCon, DayCamp4Developers, 
MongoDC, etc.
7:05 - Speaker talk.  I don't restrict speaker time.  I've had some 
speakers talk for 20 minutes, do Q/A for an hour, and do examples of 
things that were talked about.  I've had other times where the talk took 
2 hours and was more of an interactive talk.  It depends on audience 
engagement and if your meeting place doesn't have time 
restrictions(We're lucky enough to not have had that happen)

Ive recently been offering 15 minutes at the beginning of the meeting, 
after announcements, for a quick code review if anyone was interested in 
submitting their code.  So far no takers.  They would rather wait until 
it's the entire topic of the meeting.  It's still offered though in case 
people want feedback from a developer community.

After the speaker is finished, we normally hang around and talk for 
another 20-30 minutes, then a group of us head to a local bar 
afterwards.  Overall, the "official meeting" runs at maximum, 3 hours 
total.  We've had a few nights where the bar talk has taken us past 
midnight.  Good times indeed.
