Sponsorship for monthly events - question

Hey everyone,

So PHPSP has finally found a pub that can hold our monthly meetings and is
close enough to get to in this crazy town.

We are going t be looking for sponsorship now, so i would like to draw on
you guys to know how you setup these sponsorships in your group. What model
do you follow:

- Ask for a specific amount of money?
- As them to pay for beer/pizza and they decide how much
- limit beers/pizza according to x factor

So basically, how do you ask for sponsorship and agree on the proper amount,
or is it more of, they are there, they decide when to stop paying?
