Re: [UG-ADMINS] Introduction

I've found one great secret to a successful user group is consistency: meet
at the same time, the same place (if possible), regardless of the number of
sign-ups or show-ups. Talk it up, and steam will build. Even after several
years of consistent monthly meetings, I find that attendance takes a hit
every time we try a new location. A few months in, though, and we're back
to normal.
