Hi there,

Please allow me to introduce myself - I am James Titcumb, we are having a
second attempt at starting PHP Hants, a user group in Portsmouth,
Hampshire, UK.

We are currently just trying to spread the word at the moment and get a bit
more of a community going. We have 3 people (including me) who are
"co-ordinating" as such and several others on our Google Group at the
moment.
