Did you do the paperwork yourself or have someone else do it for you? And if it was someone else, mind telling me how much you paid for it. PHPWomen has wanted to go 501(3)c for years. I tried to do the paperwork myself and just got confused. When I checked things like legalzoom, iirc it would cost ~$800 to have them do it. I am curious to see how you handled it.
