Minnesota PHP User Group Wins php[tek] 2013 Ticket Giveaway

Just to let everybody know, after assigning every entry and using a custom PHP script to randomly pick a number, Minnesota PHP User Group won the drawing for the php[tek] 2013 ticket.

After they've selected a winner, we'll blog about them and how they chose the winner on the Tek 13 site.
