HI, I'm a Senior Consultant for a Magento Gold Solutions Partner. I run Ventura PHP (http://venturaphp.org). We have 95 members with an average of 10-15 in attendance each month. We meet the second Wednesday of every month and we are always looking for speakers. I think my current "big" issue is finding a new sponsor for food/drinks. We had a sponsor from TEKSystems that was providing us both food/drinks AND a meeting location. However, they restructured the local office and it seems they are not able to sponsor us any more. I was able to find a new meeting location, but I'm still searching for a food/drink sponsor. (and maybe even some help with the meetup.com dues as I've been paying for those out of my own pocket).
