Congrats to Rafael and AmsterdamPHP!

The *phplx* UG in Lisbon, Portugal will do next month our 6th meetup
everything is running fine with an average of 30 attendees.

If any of you planning to a visit to Portugal let me know, would be glade
to have any of you speaking at *phplx*.
