Hi!

I had lunch on Wed. with a recruiter who was trying to figure out how to
find PHP developers for his clients - apparently we hide under rocks or
something. :)

My advice to him, and every recruiter, is get involved in the local PHP UG.

Nashville PUG has very few rules but one of them is about job postings. We
will only approve job postings on the mailing list that are for the middle
TN area. I think that may be our ONLY rule. (outside of "Don't be a douche")

So I'm asking you, what, if any, rules do you have about recruiters at your
meetings? Posting jobs on your mailing list?

Do you regulate? Do you even care?

Cheers!
=C=

p.s. if you have recently joined the list and haven't introduced yourself,
please do so. We want to say hi! :)
