Hi from Belgium

Hello all

First off, great thing to move this list to php.net, I'm sure this  
will increase visibility for usergroups worldwide! I know this was  
definitely the case with me, as I didn't know about this list yet. I'm  
looking forward to seeing more collaboration between user groups as we  
all have the same intentions but lack a common platform to share the  
knowledge and help eachother in various parts. This leads me to  
another item: how do you see this mailing list (and initiative) as  
opposed to Lucas Smith EmPHPower initiative (http://emphpower.org/)?  
There are obvious shared concerns, imho.

Aside from that, I'm co-initiator for the Belgium PHP UG, I'm  
interested in seeing what could be possible! I'm available at ZendCon  
if someone is interested in talking about PHP user groups  
collaboration and more.
