Re: [UG-ADMINS] Announcements

Chris, I like that not everyone is raving about how they have this 
sorted. I was starting to get a complex.

At PHP Hampshire, James pretty much deals with this and just does a 
quick welcoming speech explaining what the group is about, who the 
speakers are and announcements if there are any.

It is pretty relaxed at PHP Hamsphire, but I perhaps it will get more 
formal as the group grows.
