Re: [UG-ADMINS] Announcements

To give a concise answer to the the question, I would have to say "very
poorly".  I try to jot down a few notes of stuff to announce ahead of time,
but I'm not that thorough in gathering this info, and I make a pretty
awkward MC.  At our most recent meeting, we had difficulties getting the
speaker's laptop to work with the projector, so we started really late.  I
skipped the announcements all together and just briefly mentioned next
month's talk at the end.  I've got to get better at this.  I think the
slide deck idea might be a good way to do it.
