I always have a short slide deck that I go through at the beginning. One slide has upcoming events including conferences, online events, and other local events. I also have two slides that are there every time: "Are any of you looking for a job?" and "Are any of you offering a job?". After the meetup I clean up the slides, remove the job-related ones, and send them out as a PDF as a po' man's newsletter.
