I would love a php.net subdomain!
Anyway, here in São Paulo we are also seeing this interest, like Zend
Framework and such.. and we have been seeing this as just php anyway.

but i like where this is going, seting up SIG inside the group sounds like a
cool ideia, we are also planning bughunt days pointed in the general
direction of these cms/frameworks.

Also our events tend to be centered on a topic, last one was Zend, with
talks on ZCE and ZF, this looks like it works and we are going to try and
keep a central topic, maybe WP os Drupal and Joomla in the future.
