Hi,

For the Dutch PHP Usergroup, at this point we have no public
mailinglist. We do have a private mailinglist for our internal
discussions about organizing events and such, and we use Google Groups
for that. Mostly because we don't want the hassle of having to maintain
our own mailinglist software, and because archiving is done extremely
well in Google Groups. If we even open a public mailinglist, the chances
are big it will be Google Groups as well for exactly the same reasons.
