So NYPHP uses mailman and we all know how great mailman is... but for now it's working well enough so we'll stick with it for the foreseeable future.

As part of nyphp.org 3.0 (time permitting) we want to implement our own mailing list system. We actually had our own at nyphp.org 1.0, but it became annoying to maintain so we dropped mailman in.

As we have time to develop nyphp.org 3.0 we'll be happy to share it to anyone who wants it. In fact, if anyone would be interested in participating, regardless of your location, please ping me. We do nyphp.org revisions as community projects.
