Invitation to WebCamp Zagreb

Hi admins,

I'm one of organizers of the Zagreb PHP meetup group [1]. Along with other
user groups in Croatia, we're organizers of WebCamp Zagreb [2] which will
take place on 4th of September.

WebCamp is community-driven conference, organized by volunteers from local
user groups. The conference is financed by sponsors and donations and we
keep the tickets free.

This is the third WebCamp and we're taking things to the next level by
encouraging people to talk in English. So far, we've been very successful,
with over 90% submitted talks in English on our CFP. This means this year's
conference will be interesting for a much wider audience.

I invite you all to attend the conference (tickets will be available
starting next month) or even better, submit a talk. Call for papers is open
[3]. Since this is not exclusively a PHP conference, try to make the talks
interesting to non-PHP users as well.
