php[world] discount & giveaway ...

Hey there fellow UG admins ... We at php[architect] wanted to reach out
with another freebie offer for your UG.

Since the Early Bird is over - we wanted to offer your group a 10% off

Also - like we have with previous conferences, we are going to run a
