Announcing PHP.FRL

Hi All, I wanted to let you know about a new usergroup: PHP.FRL. This regional usergroup focusses on the Friesland (or in their own language: Fryslân) province of The Netherlands. The website should soon be launched on www.phpfrl.nl. The meetup group is already there: http://www.meetup.com/PHP-FRL/ and our first meetup has just been officially announced: http://www.meetup.com/PHP-FRL/events/205895472/. On twitter we’re @phpfrl. My role within the usergroup is to bootstrap the usergroup. My current client is managing the introduction of the .frl gTLD and they want to activate the regional tech community by supporting new usergroups. A good reason for me to want to start a new usergroup. Hopefully by the end of the year I’ve found some local enthousiasts that want to continue the group as I’m not really local to the region ;) If you know anyone in the northern part of The Netherlands, please let them know about this new usergroup!
