PHPBenelux

Hi all,

Last saturday, the Dutch and Belgian usergroups announced something big 
at the TestFest: Both usergroups will merge into one big usergroup for 
the Benelux. This is a logical step since we're all doing about the same 
thing for a similar geographical region. Merging is a good idea because 
we can  now work more efficiently, and hopefully have a bigger 
negotiating power towards sponsors and companies that we would like to 
get discounts from such as conferences and publishers.

As such, phpBelgium and phpGG will cease to exist under their respective 
names, and are now phpBenelux!

I wanted to inform you guys of this change, though little will change 
internally for this mailinglist ;)
