Talk to team leads, CTOs and such, they can be great motivators to bring
fresh faces, both as speakers and attendees. Our attendance is low during
holiday season so we decided to skip talks and just do drinkup/socials
instead.


PS. Their elephant logo has icicles and a hat!!!
