Second step to create a regional PHP group

Hello,

Once I have found some developers interested in creating a PHP group, what's
the second step? What can I do to take some action to the group? I already
created a mail list and a website to comunicate, but what to say there?

I don't know if I'm making myself clear, but I wish to know what you have
done when you first started a PHP User Group in you area, just as an idea to
start thinking about it here.
