I love all the idea and members would probably work to earn points but I always believe that joining UG is a free will. And being active in the group is also a choice. For me, I would rather have few members that is willing to contribute in the group because they like what they are doing, not having a huge number of members joining because they want to earn or get something. In my opinion, joining UG should be fun and not a competition.
