Keith,

While the PHP judicial system might be able to make a finding, moving this
to Google Groups puts it on us as a group to determine whether or not we
honor their decision and ban someone from a mailing list.

For example, if Bob gets banned from the PHP project, he can't join
Internals and they could theoretically purge him from all @php.net spaces.
But it would be up to us, and each individual user group, to decide whether
or not to take the same action.

Bottom line, I don't think they can force us to take any action if we move
off the php.net domain.
