Laut https://www.pcengines.ch/schema/alix6f.pdf S.10 
kann die LED entweder den WWAN Status anzeigen oder 
per GPIO geschaltet werden. Das wird über ein paar 0Ohm Widerstände
ausgewählt. Da müsstest Du mal suchen welche bestückt sind und ggf.
umlöten (oder LED 2 oder 3 benutzen)
