[Accel-config] [ANNOUNCE] accel-config-v3.4.3 release

Hello accel-config users!

I am pleased to announce accel-config-v3.4.3 stable release.

Changes:
   - Remove redundant dependencies (kmod and udev)
   - Bug fixes and code cleanup
   - DSA test adds device and wq selection
   - DSA test adds no opcode operation support
