Please revive the GUI "cmst - Qt GUI for ConnMan."

Hello,

I've always liked ConnMan, it has all the features I need and it's not bloated.
Until recently there was also the actively maintained GUI “cmst - Qt GUI for ConnMan” (https://github.com/andrew-bibb/cmst), which did everything I needed and was also not bloated.

Unfortunately the original maintainer suffered a stroke of fate and since then “cmst” is no longer really actively maintained.

Since ConnMan lacks a simple GUI, my appeal to the ConnMan community is to continue developing "cmst" as part of ConnMan.
