The most notable changes in this release are the following:

-  Add compatibility to older versions of groff (groff-1.22.4).
-  Use '-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=3D2'.
-  Remove -DA2I_INTERNAL from CPPFLAGS, and hardcode it in the .c files.
-  We now have a <kernel.org> directory for releases (see above).
