Just FYI, the GSP images are no longer ELFs. With the transition to TLV, the actual GSP image
section is extracted from the original ELF, and that image is not an ELF on GA102+.
$ file /lib/firmware/nvidia/ga102/gsp/gsp.bin

It's not a PGP key either. This is just `file` being confused.
I probably should have changed this when I removed all the ELF code in my TLV patchset, but I
didn't notice it.
