Matthew Wilcox nomination statement

I believe in Linux.  I believe in the GPL.  Sadly, I no longer believe
in RMS, nor in those who continue to enable him.  But I believe in the
cause of Free Software.  I have been a contributor to Linux for nearly
my entire career with my first patch being accepted in 1998.  I have
worked in many different areas of the kernel and continue to work on
important projects of wide scope.

I know and respect all of the existing members of the TAB and have worked
closely with many of them.  I believe I can effectively collaborate
with them to further the shared goals of the Linux community.  Indeed,
several have encouraged me to run.

I support many of the goals of the Linux Foundation, including encouraging
members of underrepresented groups to participate in kernel programming.
I regret that I have been unable to participate in Outreachy in recent
years due to a lack of time, but I have been assured that the TAB will
not take up a large quantity of my time.
