MSM8974 platform uses three different USB hosts: SS DWC3 and two HS ChipIdea (normal and HSIC). Enhance qcom-ipq806x-usb driver to support HS and SS PHYs used for the DWC3 controller and enable USB 3.0 host on the MSM8974 platform.
